Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. This role is critical to ensuring the continuous and safe operation of our production systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, and be capable of diagnosing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and completing repairs with minimal downtime. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment that requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. Shifts:

• 1 st shift: Monday - Friday 6 am - 2 pm
• 2 nd shift: Monday - Friday 2 pm - 10 pm
• 3 rd shift: Monday - Friday 10 pm - 6 am

Responsibilities:

• Setup, adjust and calibrate machinery and equipment
• Clean and lubricate machinery or equipment
• Detect minor problems by performing basic diagnostic tests
• Disassemble equipment and machinery when there is a problem
• Move equipment and machinery
• Working knowledge of PLC
• Monitor performance to ensure machines are running efficiently
• Read technical manuals to understand controls and equipment
• Repair or replace malfunctioning or broken components
• Test malfunctioning machinery to determine the need for major repairs

Qualifications:

• Previous work experience as an industrial maintenance technician.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.
• Knowledge of parametric and industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment.
• Great time-management and communication skills
• Ability to use multimeter and read schematics
• Proficient with computers
