Our organization is growing by leaps and bounds throughout northwest Indiana and is seeking a Superintendent with great technical and communication skills and strong attention to detail.

The right Superintendent will have at least 5 years of construction management experience on small and large projects of many different @types, including but not limited to: healthcare, education, convention centers, laboratories, correctional, institutional, multi-family, retail, and other substantial construction projects.

As a Superintendent, you are responsible for Full Project Field Responsibility of projects in excess of $10MM.

The Superintendent is a key position with responsibility to lead and manage subcontractors and employees and oversee all phases of a construction project from initial planning to completion for either public works projects, or private commercial work in multiple industries.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of building and construction management experience

• Proven construction experience

• Up to date with modern technology and display excellent communication skills

• Working knowledge of project management process and software. (Microsoft Office and SAGE)

• General knowledge of construction principles/practices required.

• Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment and grow the company

• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel may be required.
