Lead Cabinet Installer

Were seeking a hands-on, experienced cabinet installer to oversee day-to-day field k operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in cabinet building, laminating, and team leadership. Knowledge of solid surface materials is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage install staff to meet goals and quality standards
Oversee the construction of custom cabinets and millwork
Ensure proper laminating techniques and material handling
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications
Coordinate with project managers and installers for smooth workflow
Train and mentor junior team members
Requirements:

Strong background in cabinet building and laminating
Solid surface fabrication experience a plus
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
