- Design site layouts and plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Develop water, sewer, and road designs.
- Create soil erosion and sedimentation control plans.
- Conduct floodplain studies and grading plans.
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet department objectives.
- Visit client sites and participate in project management tasks.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred
- 2-4+ years of land development design experience
- Knowledge of Montgomery County permits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- E.I.T. certification preferred
