Description
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.- Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among all project team members.
