We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and the ability to lead projects effectively. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality workmanship and adhering to project timelines. The Lead Carpenter will ensure that all work on jobsites is done according to specs and providing guidance and expertise in all aspects of carpentry work.

Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring quality standards are met.
Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including drywall installation, cabinet installation, door hanging, trim carpentry, and deconstruction.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete projects.
Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Train and mentor junior carpenters, fostering skill development and adherence to safety protocols.
Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and materials needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Skills:
Proficient in drywall installation, cabinet installation, door hanging, trim carpentry, and deconstruction.
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to the restoration industry.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to plumb structures accurately.
Experience using hand tools and power tools safely.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience
