HVAC Service Technician Installer (+Potential Business Ownership Opp)

IMMEDIATE OPENING for a skilled HVAC Service Technician with expertise in heating and air conditioning!

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician / Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and a passion for providing exceptional service. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning in residential and commercial properties. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience will be essential in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of service.

Duties

Install HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, water heaters, cook stoves, boilers, RV, Mobile Homes, fish houses, in floor heat, gas fireplace-service only, space heaters, and heat pumps.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and provide effective solutions.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during installations.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites.

Communicate effectively with clients regarding system operation, maintenance needs, and service recommendations.

Operate company vehicles for transporting tools and equipment to job sites.

Requirements

Proven experience in HVAC installation or related fields.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical specifications.

Ability to plumb and perform basic electrical work related to HVAC installations.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; van driving experience preferred.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: Variable based on workload - approximately 32 40+ per week

Overtime / call pay after hours as needed
