We specialize in remodel/new construction for residential and commercial properties. Our commercial buildings range from multi-family to mixed-use. With contracts that are forecasted over the next 3-5 years, here you will be guaranteed steady, full time work with a company who will invest in your growth.

What Does A Carpenters Day Look Like?

+ General remodeling, exterior building refacing

+ Framing, window/door installation,

+ Building envelope weatherproofing, siding

+ Finish carpentry, as well as experience with demolition.

As a carpenter you will be installing, designing and customizing for residential remodel and new construction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

+ +3 years of experience in carpentry

+ Own hand tools

+ Read plans and structural specifications

+ Valid driver's license

+ Pay Rate: $35hr+ DOE, annual bonus

Job Site Locations: North-South Seattle, WA

Schedule: Monday-Friday

+ Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project

+ End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project
