A What Youll Do
Open & Prepare: Arrive early to unlock the building, check for cleanliness and safety, and ensure everything is ready for guestsincluding HVAC systems and supplies.
Event Oversight: Periodically walk through events to ensure order, enforce facility use guidelines, and be the go-to resource for renters and guests.
Customer Service: Communicate rental policies, answer questions, and provide friendly assistance throughout each event.
Facility Care: Perform light custodial duties such as stocking and cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and helping renters with cleanup.
Setup & Teardown: Oversee the arrangement and removal of tables and chairs as needed for each event.
Final Walk-Through: Conduct a post-event inspection with the renter, complete the Facility Check Out Form, and ensure the space is ready for the next group.
Secure the Facility: Lock up the building after events and report any issues to your supervisor.
Other Duties: Take on additional tasks as assigned to keep our facilities running smoothly.
Age & Education: Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
Tech Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Physical Ability: Able to stand, walk, talk, lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and carry heavy objects as needed.
Professionalism: Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Team Spirit: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support community events.
