General Laborer Job Description The general laborer will be stationed at the Nashville terminal by the Cumberland River, working alongside a stationary barge. The primary responsibilities include using computers and vacuum control devices to unload concrete from barges and loading concrete into trucks on land. The laborer will also transfer the product from the silo on land to trucks to prepare it for ready mix. Responsibilities Operate computers and vacuum control devices for unloading concrete from barges. Load concrete into trucks on land. Transfer product from silo to trucks for ready mix preparation. Essential Skills General labor experience. Proficient use of hand tools. Basic computer skills. Proven mechanical aptitude and abilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Comfortable working outdoors in extreme elements such as hot, cold, rain, and snow. Ability to work at heights. Why Work Here?
