Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman as well as a Landscape Construction Foreman to lead and manage our landscape and construction crews. You will oversee a variety of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise Manage all aspects of landscape construction projects from inception to completion. Ensure all projects meet company standards, including safety regulations and quality control. Report progress to project managers and address any concerns or obstacles promptly. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Valid and clean driver's license is a MUST. Strong knowledge of landscaping equipment, materials, and construction techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong work ethic and commitment to safety. Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of irrigation systems, hardscapes, and plant installations is a plus.
