Concrete Foreman Location: East Stroudsburg, PA Salary:$70,000 - $80,000 (Based on Experience) Employment Type: Full-Time (Contract to Hire) About Us: We are currently hiring for a well-established site construction company based in East Stroudsburg, PA, known for delivering high-quality concrete and infrastructure projects across the region. Our team is growing, and we're looking for a skilled and motivated Concrete Foreman to lead our field crews and help us continue building excellence from the ground up. Position Overview: As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of concrete work on-site. This includes overseeing the installation of wall panels, custom forms, curbing, and side walls. You'll lead a team of skilled laborers and ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a crew of concrete workers on-site. Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications. Oversee the setup and installation of wall panels, custom forms, curbing, and side walls. Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and project progress. Train and mentor crew members to promote skill development and safety awareness. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on concrete experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Proven expertise in wall panels, custom formwork, curbing, and side wall construction. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. OSHA certification is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
