Marine Electrician Pay - 32 - 35$ Job Description We are seeking a skilled Marine Electrician to join our team in Seattle. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading, interpreting, and applying drawings and specifications to determine installation requirements. A strong working knowledge of electrical trade mathematics and formulas is essential to calculate voltage, amperes, and resistance requirements. You will be responsible for determining the size and types of materials such as controls, switches, distribution panels, fuses, cables, and conduit size. Expertise in using electronic measuring devices such as voltmeters, ammeters, and ohmmeters is crucial. Responsibilities Read, interpret, and apply drawings and specifications to determine installation requirements. Calculate voltage, amperes, and resistance requirements using electrical trade mathematics and formulas. Determine the size and types of materials needed, such as controls, switches, distribution panels, fuses, cables, and conduit. Use electronic measuring devices including voltmeters, ammeters, and ohmmeters. Ensure safety by wearing necessary PPE such as hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots.
