Construction Laborer - IN DT NASH - 100% OUTSIDE WORK 4 DAY WORK WEEK Job Description The role of a Construction Laborer involves performing general labor duties on new construction roofing projects. You will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that are essential to the successful completion of these projects. Responsibilities Remove debris from construction sites. Utilize shovels for various tasks. Cut materials and load them onto carts for disposal. Haul and dump trash from the site. Assist with the installation of insulation. Attach various materials as required. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Work Environment Work will be conducted on new construction job sites, specifically on the roofs of buildings with low-slope roofing. Safety guards are in place 6+ feet from the building's edge. Expect to work in various weather conditions, including heat and cold. The schedule is Monday to Thursday, with 10-hour workdays. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided, but steel toe boots are required. Workers must adhere to a dress code where shirt sleeves must be at least 4 inches long. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
