Construction Laborer Job Description We are seeking a Construction Stick Welder who is versatile and willing to engage in a variety of tasks beyond welding. This position involves skilled labor duties such as inserting bolts into holes and learning to rig equipment on cranes. You will work with rigging, steel, and precast steel, and utilize portable welding machines and 70x18 welding rods. Responsibilities Perform stick welding and other skilled labor tasks. Assist with rigging equipment on cranes. Work with steel and precast steel materials. Use portable welding machines. Engage in general labor activities like loading and unloading trucks. Work on metal building projects. Essential Skills At least 1 year of experience in construction. Proficiency in stick welding. Experience working with metal buildings. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with rebar is a plus. Ability to use specialized tools. Why Work Here?
