Highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our real estate development team based in Denver. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting multiple ground-up projects and Tenant Improvement projects throughout all phases of development, from entitlements through construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with a background in architecture, construction, engineering or a related field to contribute to the success of high-profile real estate ventures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support the EVP and project team to facilitate the successful execution of ground-up development and Tenant Improvement Projects.
Assist in the preparation and management of project schedules, budgets, and reports.
Collaborate with Acquisition Team to conduct feasibility studies, market assessments, and financial modeling.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met within established parameters.
Assist in the acquisition of entitlements, permits, and approvals from regulatory agencies and local jurisdictions.
Participate in project meetings, site visits, and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns.
Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports and presentations as needed.
Support the procurement process by soliciting bids, reviewing proposals, and assisting with negotiating contracts.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project activities, expenses, and correspondence.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Development Manager or senior management.
Assist the development team in the lease-up process by coordinating tenant improvement pricing, budgets, and coordinating on-site execution of the improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, real estate development, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, construction, real estate development, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of the development process, including entitlements, design, permitting, scheduling and construction.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and other relevant tools and applications.
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of local zoning regulations, building codes, and permitting requirements in the Denver regions is preferred.
