Summary of What you will be Doing:
You will be Responsible for managing the roadway/highway analysis and design project for PennDOT, PA Turnpike, County, and Local clients.
Handling client communication; managing subconsultants; mentoring roadway/highway staff; monitoring labor budgets and schedules for assigned projects
Leading/supporting marketing and business development initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
BS degree in engineering
12 plus years of experience with Highway/Roadway Design
Prior Experience winning work from PennDot
Proficiency with OpenRoads Designer (ORD).
Experience in managing a highway design team of direct reports.
Hands-on business development, client relationship management, proposal writing, and oral presentations.
Pennsylvania Professional Engineers License.
