Primary responsibilities include:
- Management of the technicians scheduling
- Frequent interaction with existing and potential customers on any issues related to HVAC preventative maintenance, repairs, and replacement
- Maintaining proper documentation for both internal and external use
- Handling daily office operations which may include purchasing, accounting, and maintaining facilities
- Business development
- Special projects, implementation, and process improvements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Experience with maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent communicative and organizational skills
- MS Office; ideally some additional experience in QuickBooks or an accounting software
