Mon - Fri, 3rd shift (10 or 11 PM - 6A) Work weekend rotation normally every 5th weekend (when production runs on Saturday, Maintenance Supervisors also work)

Are you a Maintenance Supervisor looking for work with a company that cares about its employees and the products they put out? Our food manufacturing client has a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor position open supervising techs working on production equipment to help keep lines moving; also perform preventative maintenance and help with installation of new equipment. Machinery ranges from motors to conveyor belts to performing basic electrical, plumbing and fabrication work. This is hands-on making sure techs stay on task and helping complete what needs to be done to keep production moving efficiently with safety as a top priority.

Occasional weekend hours may be required on rotation. GOOD company to work for!! Solid reputation in the industry and growing.

Requirements:

Candidates should have previous maintenance & supervisory experience in food manufacturing (prefer meat/slaughter/processing) with mechanical aptitude and be responsible with solid job history and strong mechanical aptitude and good communication & team building skills.
