What You ll Do:
Lead a team of installation systems. Mentor and guide newer employees on the job. Spreading knowledge. Motivating and sharing vision of the organization. Offer excellent customer service.

What You Need to Have:

• 3+ years of installation HVAC experience
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, and ventilation systems
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals
• Skilled in installation of copper refrigerant lines, electrical components, and low/high voltage wiring
• Familiar with brazing, soldering, and basic sheet metal fabrication
• Experience with ductwork layout and installation (metal and flex)
• Ability to perform system start-ups, airflow adjustments, and equipment testing
