A well-established Commercial General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee school construction projects, including K-12 and higher education facilities. Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead all phases of school construction projects from preconstruction to final turnover as the primary Project Manager .

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, school boards, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, change orders, RFIs, and documentation with precision and accountability.

• Ensure all construction activities meet safety, quality, and compliance standards, particularly with school-specific requirements.

• Represent the company at jobsite meetings, school board updates, and community presentations as needed.

Project Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with a strong background in school/educational facility projects.

• Proven ability to manage occupied campus renovations, additions, and ground-up builds.

• Familiarity with public bid processes, state education department standards, and DSA/ADA compliance (as applicable).

• Excellent communication, scheduling, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
