About the Role:

We are partnered with a well-established and rapidly growing commercial drywall contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee drywall projects throughout the Hartford, CT area. This is a full-time, salaried position offering excellent compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities for a driven professional ready to make a strong impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of commercial drywall projects from pre-construction through closeout.

• Manage budgets, schedules, submittals, and change orders.

• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

• Conduct site visits and ensure work is performed safely, on time, and to specification.

• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports.

• Utilize On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and QuickBid for estimating and cost control.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial drywall project management.

• Proven track record managing multiple commercial drywall projects.

• Strong working knowledge of On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and QuickBid .

• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.

• Valid driver’s license.
