- Stay updated on building codes, energy efficiency standards, and sustainability practices.
- Maintain quality throughout projects and participate in peer reviews.
- Act as a technical partner for clients to tailor solutions to their needs.
- Collaborate with business development to explore new opportunities in Atlanta and Carolina markets.
- Support proposal writing, client interviews, and presentations.
- Guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of learning.

- 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
- Previous project experience in healthcare, life sciences, or data centers.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Design skills in HVAC, mechanical, data center, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Familiarity with healthcare facility systems.
- Experience leading complex mechanical projects from planning to construction.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and engineering analysis software.
- Knowledge of ASHRAE standards and energy codes.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines.
The position is based in an office in Atlanta, GA with 10 employees. There is flexibility to work remotely, with occasional office visits on Mondays and Thursdays. The organization is employee-owned, promoting a strong team culture and professional development, with flexibility in scheduling, including remote work options.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $155000.00 - $175000.00/yr.-Employee Owned - ESOP Program-Very big on Team Culture
