We are looking to fill 2 roles. One should reside in the North Shore-Vancouver area and one in the Burnaby area as work will primarily be in these areas.

Summary:
The primary responsibility for the Red Seal Carpenter is to support the Construction Manager as requested to keep the project moving forward.

Health & Minimum requirements:
Healthy & physically fit
Own PPE and personal tools
Have your own transportation to and from jobsites all over the lower mainland, and hold a valid BC Drivers License
Clear communication in the English language and able to follow instructions
Minimum 5 year Residential Renovation or New Construction experience required
Red Seal Carpentry Ticket (Or able to challenge)

General Responsibilities:
1. Follow site safety rules.
2. Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and safely: forming, framing, finishing, door and window install, clean up, and other various carpentry tasks
3. Electrical/painting/plumbing/drywall are all subcontracted out but you need to have a general understanding of these other trades; and how they work together in house as a system
4. Read site drawings

Compensation:
Renumeration dependant on skills & experience
Benefits package available after 3 months
