How You'll Get it Done

- Follow all Site Specific Health & Safety protocols on every job site.
- Assist in the installation of water supply lines, fixtures, drains, and venting systems.
- Measure, cut, and assemble pipe using hand and power tools.
- Support troubleshooting and repair of plumbing issues.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites.
- Work professionally and respectfully with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
- Participate in weekly safety Toolbox Talks and daily Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
- 2+ years of plumbing experience in a construction setting (residential or commercial).
- Familiarity with plumbing codes, materials, and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
- RI Apprentice Plumbing License (active or in progress)
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10
