Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects up to $50 million

• Develop budgets, perform value engineering, and manage costs

• Lead subcontractor selection, negotiation, and management

• Monitor project scheduling, documentation, and execution

• Ensure strict adherence to quality, budget, and safety standards

• Drive project closeout and client satisfaction

• Mentor and guide Project Management Team

• Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment

• Communicate effectively across all project levels

• Uphold a strong safety culture across job sites

• Build and maintain lasting client relationships

• Participate in proposals, presentations, and interviews

• Support business development efforts and pursue new opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• 10–15 years of experience in commercial construction project management

• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and teams

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• Deep knowledge of workplace design, systems, and current industry trends

• Proven Experience in K-12, High Education, Senior Living or Industrial
