Welders Needed in Ashland City, TN 2nd Shift $21.30/hr!**

**Job Description**

Welding carbon steel, stainless steel, and structural steel according to blueprints. The role requires you to be on your feet and moving throughout the plant during your shift.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lay out materials for welders prior to welding.

+ Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

+ Flux core welding carbon steel.

+ Maintain active movement throughout the plant as required.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in flux core, MIG and stick welding.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Experience in fabrication and fitting.

+ Knowledge of working with stainless steel, carbon steel, and structural steel.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ At least 1-3 years of previous welding experience.

+ Strong measuring abilities.

+ Ability to interpret blueprints.

+ Passing a weld test.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $20.30 - $21.30/hr.
