Our mission is to help people maintain the safety and value of their homes by offering handyman services, home assessments, and regular maintenance We are searching for a reliable home technician (handyman/handywoman) to provide general home services to our customers in our community.

If you have 5 or more years of paid experience estimating construction or home repair projects we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a seasoned Project Estimator with the following experience:

Analyzing Plans and Specifications

Calculating Repair Costs and Assessing Project Risk

Preparing and submitting Project Estimates

Working with Homeowners on their Project Scope

Gathering cost data from clients, contractors, and suppliers

Working with Change Orders

Provide reports and feedback on Estimate vs Actual Job Cost

Excellent Customer Service Following up with customers

Attending pre-job meetings with Team and customer follow-up meetings

The appropriate candidate for this position will have experience in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical. Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but those candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualified candidates will need a driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and standard tools. Candidate must also speak fluent English and be a legal citizen of the US.
