We are excited to be growing again and looking for additional Aerial Telecom Linemen / Lineperson to add to our team in WV.Job Description: Install, Repair, and trouble shoot aerial telecommunications. Read and understand design/engineering prints for both Coaxial and Fiber placement Safety operates bucket trucks, hand tools, ladders, meters, and other equipment. Complete daily log of work completion with accuracy. Assist with job site set up and clean up as needed Maintain a clean and organized vehicle Ability to climb poles using gaffs, fall protection devices, climbing belts, etc. Other duties as assigned Aerial Telecom Linemen / Lineperson Skills and Abilities needed: Ability to work at heights over 18 ft from various platforms (Ladders, Gaffs, Bucket Truck) Ability to lift and carry weights in excess of 50 pounds multiple times each day Bend/Squat/Kneel/Stand frequently Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions to include inclement weather Availability for on-call and after-hours outage response. Aerial Telecom Linemen / Lineperson Requirements Pass pre-employment screenings (Drug, Driving record, back ground) Have or obtain valid DOT physical Must have valid DL Must have recent lineman or telecom experience in the past 5 years Compensation is production based with high earning potential for motivated individual.
