Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support project managers and superintendents in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects. This role is perfect for someone just getting started in the Construction Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Prepare and review project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports.Support the project team in problem-solving and decision-making.Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

Associate's Degree (A.S.) in Construction Management, or some field experience in construction.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
