The workday will run from 6am-6pm Monday to Friday, with the possibility of 14-hour days and occasional Saturdays depending on workload and weather conditions. The role requires accountability for both pre-inspection and end-of-day inspection of machinery, with any concerns reported to management. ***Must be able to start work in Omaha, Nebraska and be transferred within 2 weeks to one of the following locations: Louisiana, Texas, Nevada, New Mexico.**** Responsibilities Operate utility tractors pulling equipment such as Box Blades, Sheeps Foot, and Discs. Perform pre-inspection and end-of-day inspections of equipment. Report any mechanical concerns to management promptly. Work collaboratively with other equipment operators, such as Dozer and Motor Grader Operators. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain situational awareness at all times. Essential Skills 3+ years experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with utility tractors. Must have valid drivers license with clean driving record Proficiency in commercial and civil construction, grading, and earthwork. Experience in operating Fendt wheeled tractors and equipment such as Sheeps Foot Rollers, Discs, and Box Blades. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
