Senior Project Manager

Location: Long Beach, CA ???? Project Value: $60-70m We're hiring a Senior Project Manager for a landmark public works project in Long Beach featuring multiple LEED-certified buildings, competition and instructional pools, and beachfront integration. What You'll Do: Lead overall project execution from precon through delivery Manage stakeholders including city officials, consultants, and design teams Own schedule, budget, subcontractor coordination, and RFI/change management Ensure all LEED, sustainability, and permitting requirements are met You Bring: 10+ years of PM experience, preferably with civic or aquatic projects Experience in Public Works, DSA, or LEED-certified construction Strong leadership, communication, and project documentation skills Job stability and clear reasons for transitions - we value long-term growth
