Tooling Design Engineer

Job Details Design tooling and fixturing to meet process/design intent: Partner with manufacturing engineers, shop engineers, and Services Technology Leaders to identify a list of needed tooling and fixturing at the Services Technology Acceleration Center (STAC) facility and for the Services Manufacturing Engineering (SME) organization. Create tooling and fixture designs in format within UG/Teamcenter from the identified project deck within overall project schedules. Revise existing tooling and fixturing drawings/CAD while maintaining revision control per organization practices. Reverse-engineer CAD and/or drawing data from physical tooling from other sites. Support Services Technology Leader in creation/updates to standard site template/seed files. Support in-house and OV tooling suppliers in design updates to ease/expedite manufacture. If necessary, issue engineering drawings to Digital Thread in compliance with standards. Aerospace MRO experience preferred
