The Production Supervisor I is responsible for leading and developing a

team of production employees to meet safety, quality, delivery, and

efficiency goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role

ensures adherence to operational standards, promotes continuous

improvement initiatives, and fosters a culture of accountability and

teamwork. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development: Supervise,

coach, and develop production team members to achieve performance

expectations. Foster an inclusive and engaged workplace culture that

aligns with company values. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate

production goals, safety updates, and process improvements. Partner with

HR on employee relations, training, performance management, and career

development initiatives. Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe work

environment by enforcing company policies, procedures, and OSHA

regulations. Conduct regular safety talks, audits, and incident

investigations as needed. Promote a proactive approach to workplace

safety, including hazard identification and risk mitigation. Production

& Quality: Oversee daily production operations to ensure output meets

quality, delivery, and efficiency targets. Monitor and analyze key

performance indicators (KPIs) such as production rates, scrap, and

downtime. Partner with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve

production issues and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance

with work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and

regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving:
