JOB REQUIREMENTS: MSA has an opportunity for a full time
Coastal/Waterfront Project Manager/Engineer at either our Baraboo, WI;
Madison, WI; Milwaukee, WI; Duluth, MN or St Paul, MN office locations.
You will have the opportunity to see, and contribute in, projects from
start to finish. The various projects you\'ll be working on make a
significant and positive impact on the communities you serve. The work
you will do Project engineering and/or management including project
planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC Preparing proposals, budgets and
working closely to assist in winning new work Client relations including
meetings with existing and new clients Design of costal and waterfront
infrastructure projects Preparation of technical reports and regulatory
permits for projects \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience: We are looking for someone
self-motivated with a desire to be hands on with the ability to be a
seller/doer Bachelor\'s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
required 5 or more years of experience including costal and waterfront,
client management, and project management required Professional Engineer
license required Regulatory and Compliance experience required Prior
experience in consulting preferred Possible experience with funding and
grants preferred This position requires you to have authorization to
