Home For Life Advantage is expanding our Wisconsin team and looking for a hands-on Project Manager with strong construction experience and a passion for helping others live safely and independently in their homes.

We specialize in home accessibility modifications including grab bars, stairlifts, ramps, and vertical platform lifts to make living spaces safer for older adults, people with disabilities, and individuals recovering from injury or illness.

Position: Hands-On Project Manager Home Modifications & Accessibility
Location: Madison / Dane County, WI (and surrounding areas)
Full-Time | Daytime Hours | Local Travel Required

What Youll Do:

Lead residential construction and installation projects (grab bars, stairlifts, ramps, lifts, etc.)

Manage project timelines, schedules, and installation teams

Communicate with clients to ensure safety and satisfaction

Work directly with tools and materials on-site

Maintain quality control and ensure ADA & Universal Design compliance

What Were Looking For:

- Strong background in residential construction or remodeling

- Hands-on project management experience preferred

- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record

- Problem-solver with great communication and leadership skills

- Passion for helping seniors and individuals with mobility challenges

- CAPS certification is a PLUS (or willingness to get certified well help!)
