Were seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to be the boots-on-the-ground expert driving quality, performance, and excellence across a multi-year data center construction project.
What Youll Do- Be the on-site electrical authority, overseeing multiple concurrent datacenter builds from groundbreaking to commissioning.
- Conduct daily site walks, ensuring construction aligns with design intent and meets the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsengineering, procurement, and constructionto keep projects on track and on spec.
- Lead technical reviews of drawings, specs, and commissioning documents.
- Monitor and mitigate risks related to Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS).
- Champion project management excellence, from submittal reviews to RFI responses and final turnover.
- 8+ years of electrical engineering experience (or equivalent education/experience mix).
- 5+ years of datacenter-specific electrical engineering expertise.
- Deep knowledge of power distribution, backup systems, EPMS, and electrical controls.
- Proven ability to interpret and enforce construction documents and design standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical engineering.
- Mastery of datacenter construction techniques and terminology.
- A passion for quality, safety, and innovation in high-stakes environments.
