- Oversee mechanical equipment upgrades on site.
- Support progress meetings and ensure project milestones are met.
- Handle scheduling, permitting, budgeting, and contract documents.
- Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and change orders.
- Project management experience, particularly in construction.
- Proficient in construction management and project coordination.
- Ability to read blueprints and manage construction documents.
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Skilled in scheduling and budgeting using Microsoft Project.
- Possession of OSHA 30 certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager for a mechanical subcontractor or general contractor.
- Familiarity with mechanical components if coming from a general contractor background .
- No degree required, but a degree in Construction Management or similar is ideal.
- Experience with large mechanical systems such as boilers, chillers, and switchgear upgrades is a bonus.
- Experience on federally funded projects and large commercial/industrial buildings.
- Strong skills in reporting and paperwork.
