- Travel to different project sites for maintenance tasks.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and service HVAC equipment.
- Conduct repairs and installations of various HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, VAV, and VTC units.
- Interface with customers to ensure satisfaction and understanding of work performed.
- 2-10 years of HVAC experience.
- Journeyman license or apprenticeship in HVAC.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems.
- Experience with rooftop units, split systems, VAV units, and VTC units.
- Experience with boiler systems, sheet metal work, and PLC control.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively.
Work involves traveling across the Northern VA/DC territory to perform maintenance tasks. Technicians will interact with customers and work with diverse HVAC systems, requiring effective use of hand tools and attention to detail.
