We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Surveyor with 15 years of experience in land surveying to join our growing team. This role involves working as part of a one- or two-person crew on a variety of industrial, commercial, and subdivision projects. Candidates with an Associates degree in Surveying or a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering are preferred, though equivalent field experience is also encouraged.
Key Responsibilities- Perform land surveys for industrial, commercial, and subdivision developments.
- Operate as part of a one- or two-person field crew to gather and analyze survey data.
- UtilizeCivil 3Dsoftware for land development and topographic survey tasks.
- Ensure precise data collection and mapping usingTopconsurveying equipment.
- 15 years of experience in land and topographic surveying.
- Proficiency inCivil 3Dsoftware.
- Familiarity withTopconequipment and modern surveying techniques.
- Strong understanding of land development processes.
- Associates degree in Surveying or a related field.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering is a plus.
- Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $35.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
