Carpenter needed

We are a small carpentry team looking to add a full time or part time icec carpenter. We specialize in framing and siding, but also do roofing and decks from time to time.
Our current team consist of the owner (crew lead) and a cut guy, the ideal candidate would be someone to fill in between those roles. Someone who is comfortable banging walls, setting trusses, sheeting roofs and ladder/scaffold work.
We prioritize working safe and efficient so we can get home on time and in one piece.
Pay is doe, we start at $30+ please be honest about your experience, it never takes long to tell if someone can actually do what they say.
