Position Overview:
We are looking for skilled Painter, Finishers, Framers, Drywall Hangers, and Working Foremen to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in commercial construction environments, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces (interior/exterior) for painting and finishing, including sanding, caulking, masking, and priming.
Apply paints, stains, coatings, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Inspect finished work for quality and touch up as needed.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Work effectively as part of a team and meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
Experience in painting and finishing preferred, up to a level 4 finish (commercial construction experience preferred).
Familiarity with different types of paints, coatings, application methods, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and some flooring (VCT, cove base, etc)
Must supply your own tools (brushes, drop cloths, etc.)
Ability to read blueprints or project specs is a plus.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding as needed.
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Bilingual preferred
