Electrician

We are seeking a skilled licensed residential electrician to complete a full electrical installation for a new tiny home that will be connected to the utility grid (not off-grid). Note: The hourly rate for this position is $32 - $34 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Install main panel and subpanel (if required)
• Set up meter base and coordinate utility hookup
• Run branch circuits for outlets, lighting, HVAC, and appliances
• Install GFCI/AFCI outlets as per NEC requirements
• Implement grounding and bonding systems
• Ensure full compliance with NEC 2023 and local building codes
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with local authority

Qualifications:

• Experience with residential wiring (experience with tiny homes a plus)
• Familiarity with NEC and local codes
• Ability to read electrical plans and circuit layouts
