Construction Crew Leader Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Construction Crew Leader to organize and lead a construction crew, ensuring safety and productivity on site. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, track production, and maintain a clean job site while mentoring team members. Responsibilities Organize and lead a crew in a safe and productive manner. Track production and complete paperwork daily. Maintain a clean and tidy job site. Lead by example and teach the crew along the way. Relay production goals to the crew and hold them accountable to meet them. Work closely with the Site Superintendent. Follow company policies and procedures. Essential Skills Amazing Heavy Equipment Operator (HEO) experience. Leadership abilities and great interpersonal skills. 5+ years of experience managing a heavy equipment operating crew. Ability to operate multiple pieces of equipment at the highest level (Dozer, Track Hoe, Grader). Working experience with GPS systems such as Trimble or TopCon. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with civil construction, excavation, and concrete work. Ability to read blueprints and perform installations. No special certifications required.
