Commercial Roofer - Weekly Pay

Commercial Roofer Job Brief: We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious. Commercial Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial roofing systems using materials such as metal, rubber, thermoplastic, and asphalt. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety protocols. Responsibilities: Inspect roofs to assess damage and determine repair needs. Install, repair, and replace commercial roofing systems including flat, steep-slope, and complex structures. Remove old roofing materials and repair underlying structures. Apply roofing materials such as tar, asphalt, elastomeric, and single-ply systems. Install vapor barriers and insulation layers. Align and secure roofing materials using nails, adhesives, or staples. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Maintain tools and equipment; clean job sites after work is completed. Communicate with clients, team members, and supervisors regarding job progress and issues. Requirements: Proven experience as a commercial roofer or similar role. Familiarity with various roofing systems and materials. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Strong understanding of safety procedures and use of protective equipment.
