AR Silicon Accelerators Algorithms Architect

We are seeking an architect specializing in multimedia algorithms (Imaging, Computer Vision, Graphics) for Silicon Acceleration. The role requires knowledge in both classic and ML algorithms. The candidate will lead the development of algorithms, software modeling, and bit-accurate specifications for hardware acceleration.

The ideal candidate for this role will have developed pixel processing algorithms, and has an excellent grasp of imaging pipeline, computer vision acceleration, and / or graphics, including SW/HW emulation and power/performance optimization. Successful candidates are motivated self-starters who are comfortable operating in a cross-functional environment and have a hands-on approach to problem-solving.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 12+ years of experience in Imaging Algorithms / CV Algorithms / Graphics Track record of developing algorithms, from concept to implementation in Silicon and / or Software Proficiency in C++ / C, including fixed point implementation Experience in developing models for performance analysis and optimization PhD in EE / Computer Science or related fields Experience developing algorithms for acceleration in AR/VR or Mobile application processors
