Now Hiring: Construction Laborers - Tampa, FL (School Projects | JLA Badge Required)

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Construction Laborers for ongoing school projects throughout the Tampa, FL area. This role requires a valid JLA badge or the ability to obtain one. Workers will rotate between school sites based on project needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with general site cleanup and material handling

• Load and unload supplies and equipment

• Support skilled tradesmen as needed

• Follow safety guidelines and supervisor instructions

Requirements:

• Must have or be able to obtain a valid JLA badge

• Previous construction experience preferred

• Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-minded

• Basic hand tools and full PPE required (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Reliable transportation to report to various school sites

Please note:

CCS does not offer on-the-job training. Only experienced and qualified laborers will be considered.
