Land Development Civil Engineering Project Manager

Flux Resources is seeking a Land Development Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead one of our clients teams in delivering innovative and sustainable land development projects. As a key member of the engineering team, you will oversee all aspects of project management, from initial concept through construction completion, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. This position can be located in Everett, Bellevue, Woodinville or Tacoma, WA.
Responsibilities for this role will be but not limited to the following:
Lead and manage land development projects from conception to completion, including site planning, design, permitting, and construction administration.
Collaborate with clients, architects, planners, regulatory agencies, and internal team members to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
Conduct site feasibility studies, including land use analysis, zoning reviews, and environmental assessments.
Prepare and review engineering design calculations, plans, and specifications for site grading, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion control.
Obtain necessary permits and approvals from regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Coordinate and oversee the work of design consultants, contractors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered within scope and budget constraints.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate project status, updates, and issues to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of land development experience with at least 5 years of project management and business development experience with an emphasis in private land development projects and clients
Track record of recent notable project wins and negotiations that achieve profitable returns in the Puget Sound market
Registered Engineer in the State of Washington
Active Industry BD Association Membership(s) desired
