Role Description and Position Details Full Time Regular 40 hours weekly
Jackola Engineering and Architecture is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with an Engineer In Training (EIT) Certification to join our full-service design team. In this collaborative role, you'll work alongside multidisciplinary professionals, clients, contractors, and vendors to bring innovative projects to life.
You'll contribute to a diverse portfolio, including office buildings, schools, multifamily residences, hotels, restaurants, banks, and retail spacesplus other high-profile developments. Occasional travel to job sites for client meetings and site observations may be required to ensure seamless execution.

+ Support senior engineers throughout design and construction.
+ Identify and solve problems with a goal to provide relevant and constructable solutions.
+ Work in a multidiscipline team environment to develop and design HVAC and plumbing concepts, systems, drawings, and specifications.
+ Coordinate with external suppliers, internal design teams, and manufacturers
+ Major equipment selection and scheduling.
+ Use various software packages to calculate building loads including heating, cooling, ventilation, and plumbing systems.
+ Respond to contractors during the construction.
Requirements:
+ A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited University.
+ Successfully passed the FE exam and possess EIT Certification.
+ Minimum of 2 years relevant experience with building mechanical systems
+ Revit Mechanical drafting experience.
+ Organized and able to handle multiple tasks at a time.
+ Self-starter who can work independently and also be part of a team.
