- Plan, schedule, and forecast manpower and resource requirements.
- Coordinate projects in accordance with contract documents and approved sales estimates.
- Manage all document control for projects, including RFI's, meeting minutes, punch lists, transmittal logs, submittal logs, change order logs, and issues logs.
- Prepare project billing revenue forecasts and schedules of values.
- Review all estimates and change orders for accuracy and approve all team project submittals.
- Accountable for financial management on all assigned projects.
- Prepare installation subcontractor bidding documents and negotiate subcontracts.
- Obtain, organize, and maintain all project contract documents in accordance with quality policy.
- Prepare and update project schedules and cost estimates.
- Prepare and deliver final project documentation to the customer and collect payment.
- Responsible for all customer-facing communication.
- Minimum of 3 years in a Project Management Role.
- 5+ years in the controls industry.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Understanding of contracting procedures and tactics.
- Advanced understanding of HVAC control systems.
- Ability to analyze control system drawings and schematics.
- Knowledge of contract law, codes, standards, and industry construction knowledge.
- Strong leadership skills, including team leading and empowering others.
- Related industry knowledge.
